Biography
Stan J. Connick, founder of Stan J. Connick and Associates, Architects-Planners is a registered architect with the States of Arizona and Oregon. Stan graduated from the School of Architecture at Montana State University with a Masters degree in Architecture. His apprenticeship was with well known architects: Seracuse-Lawler in Denver, CO, Charles Tapley in Houston, Texas, William Pereira, Los Angeles, CA, Betrand Goldberg, Chicago, IL.
Stan Connick began a diverse practice in architecture in 1985 designing, supermarkets, auto dealerships, medical centers and veterinary hospitals. Stan Connick has received design awards with the City of Tempe and the City of Phoenix and his work has been published in local magazines.
Technology has provided the tools to allow Stan Connick to maintain control of design and construction details. Permits are often received with minimum or no corrections
Stan Connick is an active member of numerous communities. He is on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Fountain Hills, a board member and past president of the Fountain Hills Library Association. He is active with the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce and the Arizona Veterinary Association. Stan currently teaches a class at the Fountain Hills High School in autoCad.
Stan is an avid bicyclist and has received a grant in sustainable energy design. He is highly motivated to serve his clients with creative designs that are often below the budget and environmentally responsible.
